Shaun Keenan

Born in 1964 in New South Wales, Australia, Chef Keenan trained in Japanese cuisine in Osaka. Gaining experience at several luxury hotels and restaurants in Sydney and Osaka including Hilton Osaka and Sydney’s acclaimed Fratelli Paradiso, Chef Shaun was appointed Executive Chef of Hyatt Regency Kyoto in 2005. He moved on to become Executive Chef of Park Hyatt Busan in 2014 and was named Executive Chef of Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills in December of 2017. Chef Keenan describes his style of cooking as modern Australian, incorporating Asian and European flavors and techniques with local Japanese ingredients, creating inspired dishes presented with imaginative flair.
