At The Tavern Grill & Lounge, where guests can take in spectacular views from the upper floors, an exquisite highball featuring peach and muscat grapes will be served for a limited time from July through September.
Available daily from 17:00 to 20:00, High Up – Highball Happy Hour invites guests to enjoy refined mixology highballs against the changing colors of the Tokyo skyline from sunset into evening.
From July through September, the seasonal menu features two limited-time highballs inspired by the freshness of summer. The Peach Highball reimagines the Moscow Mule with velvety peach and pear layered against the delicate acidity of hibiscus for a vibrant finish. The Muscat Highball offers a lighter, more refreshing profile, combining rich muscat with crisp yuzu and the savory depth of sencha green tea, leaving an elegant lingering note.
Together, these seasonal creations provide a sophisticated way to experience the aromas and flavors of summer high above the city.
