At The Tavern Grill & Lounge on the 51st floor of Andaz Tokyo, located at the top of Toranomon Hills, a seasonal afternoon tea celebrating the fresh, juicy flavors of peak-season peaches and muscat grapes will be available through September 30 (Wednesday).
The Lounge area at The Tavern Grill & Lounge offers the “Peach & Muscat Celebration Afternoon Tea” through September 30, featuring the rich sweetness of seasonal peaches and muscat grapes.
Highlights include the Peach & Pepper Choux, accented with black and chili peppers and the Muscat & Pistachio Tart, where rich pistachio and the fresh brightness of muscat grapes.
Inspired by honeybees gathering nectar from flowers, the Peach & Honey Cream features acacia honey cream and peach compote encased in a chocolate dome, finished with a meringue flower atop a pink sablé.
Savory selections include the Smoked Duck & Mango Chutney Brioche Toast finished with cacao nibs, featuring smoked duck layered with spice-infused mango chutney on toasted brioche, and the Sweet Corn Quiche Spicy Cream Cheese, baked with sweet corn, onion, and cheese.
Incorporating smoky and spiced notes inspired by nature, these savory creations offer flavors perfectly suited to the summer season.
