This summer, The Tavern Grill & Lounge presents the Fragrance Pairing: Muscat & Peach Afternoon Tea, a limited-time collaboration with the Argentinian luxury fragrance houseFueguia 1833. Complete with miniature fragrances, the experience invites guests to indulge in a sensory journey where scent and flavor intertwine.

Inspired by the concept of “tasting pristine landscapes through scent,” the menu pairs the lush sweetness of seasonal peach and muscat with smoky, herbal, and earthy nuances, blending fragrance and gastronomy into a refined multi-sensory experience. Using specially prepared mouillettes (scent strips), guests are invited to discover how Fueguia 1833’s plant-based fragrances reveal new dimensions of aroma and flavor throughout the menu.

The experience begins with Huella, a signature mocktail crafted from white peach juice and amazake, specially balanced to complement the afternoon tea selection. Highlights include the Muscat & Pistachio Tart, where rich pistachio and the fresh brightness of muscat grapes create an elegant contrast inspired by sunlight across open meadows, and the Peach & Pepper Choux, accented with black pepper and chili to evoke the spirit of Tierra del Fuego. Savory offerings continue the aromatic theme with selections such as Smoked Duck & Mango Chutney Brioche Toast finished with cacao nibs.

To extend the experience beyond the hotel, guests will receive 2ml mini fragrances of Durazno and Agua Magnoliana, along with a 10% discount voucher valid at Fueguia 1833 boutiques.
