As dusk settles over the city, join us high above Tokyo for “High Up – Highball Happy Hour,” held daily from 17:00 – 20:00. Sip on seasonal highballs while taking in the stunning skyline views.
In November, discover flavors inspired by Japanese tea culture and autumn’s rich colors, then get into the holiday spirit in December with festive cocktails full of cheer.
Each drink is crafted with its own story to tell—making every glass a taste of the season.

Butter-Washed Bruichladdich Whisky, Homemade Cinnamon & Chestnut Syrup, Marron Liqueur, Supasawa, Apple Soda

EDO HIGHBALL (pictured top right)
Shochu, Umeshu, Homemade Wasanbon & Matcha Cordial, Lemon, Carbonated Hojicha
A playful nod to Edo-period flavors, blending earthy matcha, the delicate sweetness of wasanbon sugar, and the roasted warmth of hojicha into a refined, harmonious balance.
