Designed for sharing, this festive menu features premium seasonal ingredients paired with a selection of free-flow beverages. The menu begins with Japanese tuna tartare topped with caviar and accented with ponzu and lime, followed by Japanese Mussels Marinière.
For the main course, grilled Japanese beef tenderloin is served with black truffle and foie gras to share. Overlooking the Tokyo nightscape, the menu is ideal for festive gatherings with family and friends.
