Inspired by the cranberry sauce traditionally served with festive roast turkey, this cocktail combines house-made cranberry jam with aromatic Earl Grey and Beefeater 24 gin. Fresh lime and orange add a bright citrus finish.

Inspired by the warm spices of mulled wine, this seasonal Gin & Tonic combines G’Vine gin with lemon myrtle tea syrup, Suze, fresh lemon, and tonic water. Clove, cinnamon, and a touch of ghee add a smooth texture and lingering spice.

Inspired by the traditional holiday Yule log, this warm dessert cocktail combines brown-butter-washed Chivas Regal 12 Year and Tiffin tea liqueur with white chocolate and macadamia. House-made white miso espuma and five-spice add a sweet and savory finish.
