Perched atop Toranomon Hills, the SUSHI, an intimate eight-seat hideaway on the 52nd floor of Andaz Tokyo, presents an exclusive Christmas Dinner Course.

At the intimate eight-seat counter on the hotel’s top floor, Chef Eiji Nakamura presents “the SUSHI Christmas Gala Dinner 2026,” a special multi-course menu featuring seasonal winter ingredients.

The menu begins with Pumpkin Mousse, followed by seasonal appetizers including Sesame Tofu with Crab Meat Sauce, Spinach and Mushroom with Savory Dashi Sauce, and Mixed Clams with Mustard Miso Sauce. Sashimi selections include Flounder with House-made Yuzu Ponzu Sauce and seared Bluefin Tuna Belly with Onion Soy Sauce, while slow-roasted Wagyu beef is served with Arima-sansho pepper sauce.

The dinner continues with an Omakase Selection of eight nigiri sushi, accompanied by a traditional maki roll and red miso soup, and concludes with a selection of seasonal Japanese fruits.
