This winter, our Pastry Shop presents “Silent Snow,” a limited-time dessert collection inspired by the quiet elegance of the season, featuring Japanese chestnuts and matcha. Centered around the theme of “richness within tranquility,” each creation is carefully crafted to highlight the natural depth and harmony of its ingredients.

The “Mont Blanc” offers an exquisite balance of textures with layers of delicate pastry, airy mousse, and crisp meringue, crowned with a smooth chestnut cream made from Japanese chestnuts sourced from Aso—its gentle sweetness softly envelops the palate. The “Matcha Opera” brings together the earthy aroma of Uji matcha and the refined bitterness of 70% dark chocolate, reimagined with a lighter sponge cake structure for a modern twist on the classic. “Marron & Blueberry” features a fragrant chestnut mousse paired with juicy blueberries and a fluffy sponge cake, revealing a hidden cassis compote subtly accented with apple vinegar for a sophisticated finish.

Additionally, from December 21 (Sun) to 25 (Thu), we will offer a special holiday assortment of slice-sized cakes.
