The "Pastry Shop" at Andaz Tokyo offers a delightful selection of seasonal fruit cakes and limited-time sweets crafted by our creative chefs. Among these is the "Tiramisu à la Minute," prepared fresh to order.
Once you place your order, our espresso machine extracts freshly brewed espresso. We pour this over a crunchy cookie base that forms the foundation of the tiramisu, allowing it to soak in. We then generously top it with creamy mascarpone and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
For an extra touch, we recommend adding a shot of alcohol, such as Amaretto or Baileys (for an additional charge), to enhance the bittersweet flavor of the dessert.
