“Uncorked" is a wine dinner series by Satoru Mori, Executive Sommelier and Beverage Director of Andaz Tokyo and Executive Director of the Japan Sommelier Association. As a spin-off project, The Tavern – Grill & Lounge will hold a Wine School led by Satoru Mori. The Wine School, a spin-off project of the "Uncorked Series" will begin. The wine school, which will be held during dinner and afternoon hours, will be navigated by "wine legend" Satoru Mori, who has been appointed Executive Sommelier and Beverage Director of Andaz Tokyo, himself, and participants will enjoy a blind tasting of a variety of exquisite wines that appeal to all five senses. Tavern's unique wine selection and Satoru Mori's clear and profound wine comments will take you on a fascinating wine journey. Sharing his deep knowledge and passion for wine, you will be dazzled by his expert commentary and the wonderful wines on offer. Important Notes

The prices listed include consumption tax and are subject to a 15% service charge.
Because this event includes alcohol tasting, participants must be 20 years of age or older.
Please refrain from wearing perfume since it might affect the wine tasting experience.
If you are unable to attend, we will accept someone to attend on your behalf. However, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
The schedule, themes, sommelier and venue are subject to change without prior notice.
The Wine School will be conducted entirely in Japanese.
Due to natural disasters, traffic conditions or instructor's circumstances, the class/course may be cancelled, the course content may be changed, or a substitute instructor may hold the class. In the event that a class is cancelled, a substitute class will be held on a different date. Please note that no refunds will be made if the participant is unable to attend on the new date.
Please note that membership benefits do not apply to the Wine School.
