Andaz Tokyo will serve a variety of heart-warming menus based on the theme of cherry blossoms, which symbolise the arrival of spring in Japan.

The Tavern Lounge, with its 51st floor view of Tokyo and open-air space, has launched the Artful Afternoon Tea series, a fusion of sweets and art created by the newly appointed pastry chef. In March and April, the Artful Sakura Afternoon Tea will feature a colourful and artistic selection of sweets inspired by the beautiful spring cherry blossoms, under the theme of 'Calligraphy'.

In addition, the Pastry Shop will also expand a spring-only sweet box filled with mini macaroons and eclairs in pale pink, ideal as gifts for friends or for cherry blossom viewing, as well as pound cakes with the aroma and taste of cherry blossoms.

In April, the Yozakura Premium View Plan will be offered on the top 52nd floor terrace, where you can simultaneously enjoy the sparkling night view of Tokyo and the night cherry blossoms while feeling the pleasant night breeze. Take this opportunity to experience cherry blossom viewing at a higher wine level with a glass of Perrier-Jouët, the finest champagne, in one hand and the chef's special canapés in the other. At the Rooftop Bar on the same floor, you can also enjoy a refreshing spring cocktail, a mixologist's classic cocktail arranged with cherry blossoms and premium tea, available only during this period.
