chef's introduction
Head Mixologist Yasutoshi Yoshiwara
After graduating from culinary school in Tokyo, he worked as a cook at French and Californian restaurants. At the age of 19, he became acquainted with the concept of cocktails at restaurants and embarked on a career as a bartender. He honed his skills at bars in Tokyo and Yokohama, and acquired qualifications and Professional Bartender certification. Since 2016, he has been serving classic cocktails and his own original creations at Rooftop Bar, while winning awards at numerous big competitions both in Japan and abroad. Currently, as head mixologist, he continues to craft cocktails using seasonal fruits and premium teas, as well as other cocktails that are both delicious and memorable, creating a unique storytelling experience for guests that brings them happiness. He has been invited to London and Shanghai as a guest bartender and is actively involved in promoting Japanese bartending.

Seating Charge for Terrace Seats
No seating charge applies from 17:00-20:00.
From March to December, a seating charge of JPY 2,200 (incl. tax) per person will apply for guests seated at the terrace after 20:00.
The seating charge will not be applied to guests staying at the hotel.
