The Tavern - Grill & Lounge, the main dining restaurant of Andaz Tokyo, offers stunning views of Tokyo from the 51st floor while enjoying a refined meal in a relaxing ambiance. The restaurant offers classic specialty items that are appreciated by diners thanks to the chef's originality and innovative presentations, including aged meats grilled to perfection in a high-temperature oven, using ingredients sourced from all over Japan and unique aging techniques. Our snow aged meats are specially cured in a natural refrigerator called ‘Yukimuro’ and are served in a way to accentuate the tender and flavorful taste.
On the 52nd floor, guests can taste the authentic flavors of Japan at ‘the SUSHI’, which offers Edomae-style sushi using carefully selected fresh, seasonal seafood prepared by sushi masters right in from of you. Located adjacent to the Rooftop Bar, ‘The SUSHI’ has a rather intimate and exclusive atmosphere with its eight counter seats. Enjoy a unique local gastronomic experience prepared right in front of you by skilled sushi masters. For a casual dinner, we recommend to try our American comfort food restaurant "BeBu" (1st floor), where you can enjoy classic American flavors with wine and craft beer pairings.
