Enjoy a special meal at The Tavern - Grill & Lounge or BeBu, or use towards purchases at any of our restaurants and bars. Andaz Tokyo's dining certificates make the perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, and all the other moments worth celebrating.

LUNCH CERTIFICATE 5,000 JPY
May be used towards the following purchases:
・ Special lunch at The Tavern - Grill & Lounge (6,000 JPY per person)
・ Special lunch at BeBu (equivalent to 6,000 JPY for 2 people)
・ 5,000 JPY Gift Certificate (tax included) may be used at The Tavern - Grill & Lounge, Rooftop Bar, the SUSHI, BeBu, Pastry Shop)

DINNER CERTIFICATE 10,000 JPY
May be used towards the following purchases:
・ Special dinner at The Tavern - Grill & Lounge (12,000 JPY per person)
・ Special dinner at BeBu (equivalent to 12,000 JPY for 2 people)
・ 10,000 JPY Gift Certificate (tax included) may be used at The Tavern - Grill & Lounge, Rooftop Bar, the SUSHI, BeBu, Pastry Shop)

Purchase Location
Gift certificates may be purchased at Pastry Shop on the 1st floor of Andaz Tokyo.

Period of Validity 
Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. 
* During holiday periods including Golden Week, Christmas, New Year holidays, etc, gift certificates may be used only as a cash voucher. Please contact us for more detailed information.

How to Use
Please make a reservation at the restaurant or bar in advance and inform staff that you will be using a dining gift certificate. *May not be combined with any other discounts or benefits.

Conditions of Use
* The date of purchase is the issue date.
* May not be used towards accommodations, room service, banquet, spa & fitness.
*Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any difference will not be refunded.
*Gift certificates may be not be used at multiple restaurants and bars.
*Gift certificates cannot be used for restaurant/bar payments charged to the guestroom.
*Gift certificates cannot be reissued due to theft, loss or damage.
*Gift certificates cannot be used after the expiration date.
