A summer-limited dinner course featuring fresh seafood prepared in a way that brings out the true flavors of the ingredients. Please enjoy your own special dinner course in prix fixe style, in which you can select your favorite dishes.

Summer Grilled Seafood Set Menu

The Tavern - Grill & Lounge will offer a seafood grill prix fixe-style menu where guests can choose favorite dishes from a selection of appetizers to the mains.

The starter of tuna tagliata is served rare, soft, and tender with a savory crust, accompanied with rice salad tossed in white balsamic vinegar and a refreshing jelly made with snow-aged soy sauce and sudachi, shiso leaves, myoga, and micro leaf salad. For the main course, enjoy the seafood brochette with black tiger, scallops, white fish, octopus, and summer vegetables skewered and grilled to seal in their flavor. Dessert consists of an original dish of crisp meringue, smooth coconut panna cotta, mango cream, and fresh mango and raspberries, a perfect ending to the course.
