Pastry Shop 'KAKIGORI and Ice Éclair'
We will be offering two kinds of cool and satisfying cold treats. A tropical shaved ice and iced éclairs filled with a luxurious melon sorbet for a fresh tropical taste are perfect for the hot summer.
The popular Kakigori (shaved ice) returns to the Pastry Shop along with a special ice éclair, specially created by the chef.
Kakigori is made by blending mango and pineapple, iconic fruits of summer, with a special condensed milk ice. The ice is filled with coconut panna cotta with a smooth texture, and finished with a luxurious garnish of fresh mango, pineapple, vanilla ice cream, and roasted coconut. It is also available with an optional passion fruit sauce for a different flavor to suit your taste buds. The signature éclair is now available in an iced version, the summer-only Iced Éclair. The pâte à choux is filled with custard cream and sandwiched between melon sorbet and apricot ice cream, making it the perfect cold dessert for summer.
