With a spectacular view of the city from 250 meters above the ground, enjoy this unique experience brought to you by our mixologists along with the refreshing early summer breeze.
THE LAST SUPPER
Beef Fat Washed Chivas 18Y, Gran Classico Bitter, Campari, Mancino Rosso, Maple Syrup, Amanatsu Peel, Amanatsu Beef Jerky
Whiskey based Negroni with aged Yukimuro beef fat, representing the Last Supper. It is created by extracting only the flavor components of the beef fat that is discarded from the snow cured meat used at The Tavern - Grill & Lounge. It is a fat-washed cocktail that is trending overseas. The garnish is a combination of sweet amanatsu pulp and beef jerky made of beef tendons which are usually discarded. The sweet and salty harmony and the sweet and sour aroma of amanatsu are perfect for early summer.
Sauza Blue, Grapefruit Oleo Saccharum Juice, Salted Tonic Water Foam, Passion Fruit, Pink Pepper, Mint
Paloma Blanca means white dove, and the white espuma on top of the cocktail represents a lucky white dove flying into the sky. Grapefruit peels, which are usually discarded, are used in the cocktail. Oleo-saccharum, an oil extracted by soaking grapefruit in sugar, is used as a base for the cocktail with Sauza Blue Tequila, and salt tonic water foam. By carbonating the drink without adding soda, the flavor of the grapefruit is accentuated. The addition of salt to the slightly bitter foam of the tonic water enhances the sweetness of the passionfruit and grapefruit, creating a fruity and refreshing taste suitable for early summer.
Pineapple Infused Bacardi Cuatro, Homemade Cola Syrup, Coffee Grounds, Vanilla Syrup, Lemon Peel, Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamon, King’s Ginger, Lime Juice, Soda, Dry Pineapple
The pineapple symbolizes life, and the coffee grounds are infused with new life to express rebirth. It is a cocktail to energize you for tomorrow. The base rum with pineapple aromas creates a tropical taste. In addition, the mixologist's original cola syrup made by boiling coffee bean residue and orange peels with spices such as cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom, is added for depth of flavor. Ginger adds an extra accent for a refreshing and tropical feel.
