Sakura Dinner

Hanami after dark is the ideal setting for enjoying an elegant dinner with breathtaking city views. The evening begins with creamy burratina cheese and succulent sakura infused chicken. Sautéed scallop, sitting on a delicate bed of sakura flavored risoni pasta garnished with beetroot foam, is followed by juicy grilled Japanese beef, served with a spring mountain vegetable beignet. A strawberry shortcake rounds out the meal capturing the best of spring.
