Snow Aged Special

Pioneering the use of snow aged ingredients, The Tavern - Grill & Lounge has created a special snow aged menu featuring local produce and meat. In addition to popular beef specialties, this course will feature autumn vegetables, rice and pork matured in a “Yukimuro” snow cellar. Enjoy a salad of tender squid and snow aged Koshihikari rice and a juicy and slightly sweet Niigata pork matured for one month.
