Botanicals take center stage at the Rooftop Bar this spring. Mixologist Yasutoshi Yoshiwara has selected a variety of fragrant botanicals to be paired with distinctive gins to create six unqiue cocktails. Each representing a different country, these refreshing cocktails will transport you to a relaxing spring botanical garden. Japanese Fizz which uses a craft gin, ROKU, from Osaka, is paired with delicate sakura and a touch of sansho pepper for accent. A refreshing cocktail of lemongrass and cinammon, Indonesian Fizz offers exotic notes of jasmine. Settle into the evening with your botanical garden cocktail, and enjoy the first signs of spring high above the glimmering Tokyo skyline.
