Andaz Tavern, the hotel's signature restaurant, serves refined European provincial cuisine,
prepared with seasonal indigenous Japanese ingredients.
Dramatically perched on the 51st floor, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows,
Andaz Tavern offers stunning views of the city over the Imperial Palace,
presented beneath sculptures of looping curlicues by British artist Charlie Whinney.
